The Pasquini family has been producing extra virgin olive oil since 1920, exclusively from hand-picked olives.
The family oil mill is located in sunny Tuscany, 30 km south-west. from Florence, in the town of Reggello, in the Valdarno area famous for its hectares of olive groves.
The excellent quality of the oil is guaranteed by the selection of olives combined with an almost simultaneous pressing process, with mechanical cold extraction, which further increases its nutritional value. Since 2014, thanks to the new two-phase technology, without the need to add water during processing, the oil is more saturated, fuller in taste, richer in polyphenols, more intense in color, and therefore more valuable.
The olive oil obtained at the Pasquini oil mill has a characteristic, intense aroma, a very expressive, pleasantly enveloping taste, with a slightly spicy note in the background, and its smell brings to mind freshly mowed grass, and its color is slightly greenish.
It is perfect for eating raw.

Oliwa dotarła wczoraj, jest pyszna! Pierwsza próba była z solą himalajską i to był strzał w dziesiątkę! Świeży chleb i oliwa z solą… nic więcej nie trzeba… niebo w gębie!
Zbierałam buteleczki po oliwach i stały w szafie. Dziś już wiem dlaczego. Rozleję oliwę do buteleczek, dodam do jednej płatki papryczki gochugaru, do drugiej rozmaryn, kolejnej czosnek, następnej suszone pomidory. To będzie petarda!

Oliwa świetnej jakości. Smak, kolor, zapach- pierwsza klasa! Na próbę zamówiłam mniejszą ilość a obecnie już zakupiłam puszkę 5 litrową. Kontakt z przemiłą Panią Renią bezproblemowy. Szczerze polecam zaryzykować i spróbować. Dzień bez oliwy z solą i kawałkiem dobrego chleba, to dzień stracony 😊
